All food service equipment must be listed by the National Sanitation Foundation (NS�) for its <br /> intendcd use. The Kitchenaid refrigcrator, model #KBLA20ERSS, the Manitowoc ice machine, <br /> modcl #508501212, and the Kitchenaid dislnvasher model #KUDCO2[RBS were not found in [he <br /> current NSP or equivalent listines for food service establishment eyuipment. This equipment must be <br /> replaced witli NSf or equivalent listed equipment or d�cumentation must be submitted which <br /> demonstretes NSP equivalency. Manufacturer names and model numbers for replacement eyuipment <br /> must be submitted. Origioally submitted manufaoturer names and model numbers should be <br /> rechecked to assure the information submitted is accurate. Please no[e that the Kitchenaid(Whirlpool) <br /> dishwashcr is NSP listed as a residential disliwasher. Because of this it is not approved for use in a <br /> food service establishment. The Kitchenaid (�Vhirlpool)company was not found in any of the NSF or <br /> equivalent listings for food service establishment refrigerators. Finally, the model number for the <br /> Manitowoc ice maker appears te be a catalog number and not a model number. <br /> 4. .4 D4illrock display case is included on the equipment IisL Is this case a refrigerated case? Please note <br /> that die Millrock display case, model �GC36, was not found in any of the NSF or equivalent listings <br /> for food service establishment refrigerarors. <br /> 5.
