Landscape areas must be <br /> planted and located per Section 35.080E of the Zoning Code. <br /> e) Prior to issuance of any permits, landscaping plans must be reviewed and <br /> approved by the Planning Department per Section 35.100 of the Zoning Code. The <br /> landscaping plan must show location and dimensions of required vegetated swales, <br /> wetponds, detention ponds, rockeries and retaining walls, and grading at 2-foot <br /> intervals. Irrigation systems must be provided in all landscaped areas per Section <br /> � <br />
