( <br /> 13. Any broken or damaged sidewalk shall be repaired/replaced per the City Public Works Inspector. <br /> 14. Walkways must be provided from each building to the public sidewalk. <br /> 15. All exposed ground must be reseeded within 30 days of the completion of construction. Premise Identification - Premises shall be clearly identified by the correct address at the street entry. <br /> Buildings shall be cieariy identified so as to be visible and legible from the access road. Individuai <br /> apartments and suites, where applicable, shall be clearly and legibly identified from the access road. <br /> 22. PREMISE IDENTIFICATION AND ALL REQUIRED FIRE DEPARTMENT ACCESS ROADS AND <br /> FIRE HYDRANT� SHALL BE IN SERVICE PRIOR TO COMMENCEMENT OF CONSTRUCTION. <br /> 23. Fire Hvdrants - Luc.�t:ons as shown on the site plan are acceptabie. However, 106'" Street ingress <br /> must be ir. pi�i::e prior to construction of the Phase 2 building. <br /> 24. Fire Flow- Fire flow requirements for this structure are 1,500 gpm. <br /> 25. Portable Fire Protection - A portable fire extinguisher with a minimum U.L. rating of <br /> 2-A:10-B:C shall be provided within 75 feet of travel on all floors of each building during construction <br /> and prior to occupancy. <br /> 26. Fire Alarm Svstem -An approved automatic fire detection system shall be pro��ided as required by <br /> City Ordinance No. 1902-92, Chapter 16.76, of the Everett Municipal Code. <br /> Plans for such system shall be submitted to the Fire Marshal for review and approval prior to <br /> installation.
