We think the <br /> assemble sho�ld be installed within 3 years of payment regardless of whether the <br /> water rnain upgrade in 112th is made or not. It is our understanding that by <br /> payment to be made within a year of the date of your memo of $20,126, this will <br /> release the owners from future double check upgrades to the fire system in <br /> question at this location. The assemble by the City of Everett will be installed per <br /> the atiached requirements for the double check detection in a vault that was <br /> referenced in Meg Haley's May 21, 2G�3 e-mail to Cumming Construction.
