b. All garbage dumpsters and recycle bins must be screened from view from the <br /> street and from adjacent properties. This screening may be done using dense <br /> vegetation or by placing the dumpster or recycle bin in a structural enclosure. <br /> c. Building height shall be a maximum of 50 feet and there are no minimum building <br /> setLacks. <br /> 13. Landscaping must be provided per Section 35 of the Zoning Code. A landscape strip a minimum of ten (10) feet wide must be provided in the front <br /> yard setback area al�ng the 19�h Avenue SE and 112�h Street SE street frontage, <br /> except for the driveways. These areas shall be planted with Type III landscaping. <br /> b. Prior to issuance of any permits, landscaping plans rr�ust be re�iiewed and <br /> approved by the Planning Department per Section 35.100 of th� Zoning Code. The <br /> landscaping plan must show location and dimensions of requirad vegetated swales, <br /> wetponds, detention ponds, rockeries and retaining walls, and grading at 2-foot <br /> intervals. Irrigation systems must be provided in all landscaped areas per Section <br /> 35.130 of the Zoning Code. A 2-year maintenance assurance device must be <br /> provided for the landscaping per Section 35.130B of the Zoning Code. <br /> Fire Department Comments <br /> 1. Access - O.K. as shown on the site plan reviewed. <br /> 2. When access to or within a structure or an area is unduly difficult because of secured <br /> openings or where immediate access is necessary for life saving or fire-fighting <br /> purposes, the Fire Department may recommend or require a key box to be installed in <br /> an a�cessible location.
