Thare would be no <br /> new construetion related to the project other than installation of a <br /> paved parking area. All sigaage would be controlled by the <br /> regulations contained in the Snohomish County S�A7P and the snecific <br /> zoning provisions. <br /> 2. Zonin : The subject property is zoned B-2 (A) Community Business - <br /> Site Plan Review Zone. This zoning category contains n�.rmerous <br /> performance standards that wi11 be incorporated into this approval, <br /> including: sig7age, parkin3, landscaping, etc. <br /> 3• S�te Conditions: The site is currently occupied by a vacant buildin� <br /> that would 'oe reoccupied by the proposed restaurant and a limited <br /> amount of off-street parking whicn would be expanded to accommodatz <br /> the new use. �1n existing storage building must be demolished to <br /> bring the site into compliance with Sec. 19.40.020 E.PS.C.
