After fifteen (15) years, <br />this section of this Declaration shall have no further force and <br />effect. <br />7. The pedestrian walkway from the project to 24th Drive <br />shall be perpetually maintained in reasonable condition. The <br />pedestrian walkway shall be maintained to restrict motorized <br />vehicles to the extent the project can control its access points <br />to the walkway. <br />B. The restrictions, covenants and conditions herein <br />contained shall run with the land and be binding upon and inure <br />to the benefit of the declarant, its heirs, successors and <br />assigns. <br />9. This declaration may be amended in writing signed by the <br />Declarant, the City and an authorized representative of SLAC or <br />its successor organization at any time prior to fifteen (15) <br />years from the date hereof. Thereafter, this declaration may be <br />amended in writing, signed by the Declarant and the City. SLAC <br />or its successor organization shall be given prior written <br />notification of any amendment by Declarant and the City. <br />10. This declaration shall automatically terminate, expire <br />and be of no further force or effect in the event the project is <br />rendered untenable, abandoned or ceases to exist on the property. <br />11. This document shall be recorded with the Snohomish <br />County Auditor. <br />BNC3123 <br />
