Dust suppression and street cleaning must occur <br />as directed by the Public Works Department. <br />20. <br />A one-year guarantee is required on the public street and utilities for <br />an amount not less than 10% of the cost of construction and shall run <br />for one year from the date of issuance of the first Occupancy Permit <br />for the project. <br />21. <br />On -site watermain will. be staked within an easement to the City. The <br />I C� <br />easement will be submitted to the City prior to issuance of permits. <br />22. <br />As-builts of storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water systems will be <br />required to be submitted per City Design and Construction Standards and <br />1 <br />specifications. <br />�aw <br />23. <br />Construction shall be limited to the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., <br />Monday through Friday, to minimize the noise impact on adjacent <br />residential uses. <br />24. <br />A Final Site Plan must be developed by the Applicant and submitted to <br />the Planning Department reflecting all requirements contained in this <br />Shoreline Substantial Development Permit. These final plans must be <br />et►� <br />reviewed and approved by the City prior to issuance of any permits for <br />this project and must comply with all Department of Ecology <br />requirements. <br />a <br />25. <br />The Applicant shall provide a school bus pick up stop off S.R. 527. <br />This area shall be located in the same location as the transit bus <br />stop. In order to provide enough room for safe egress and ingress to <br />and from the buses, the Applicant shall dedicate additional <br />right-of-way off S.R. 527 for the bus stop. The exact amount of <br />right-of-way shall be determined by the Department of Engineering. <br />26. <br />Fire lanes are required with signage to meet all Fire Department <br />specifications. <br />-5- <br />
