Hay Ridge shall provide 270 off-street parking stalls within the Project. 3. Existing Vegetation Retention. Prior to the issuance of grading permits, all trees to be retained and preserved shall be clearly identified, marked and sufficiently delineated and temporary fencing installed at sufficient distance to prevent accidental destruction and/or root system damage. Bay Ridge agrees to use its best efforts to require subcontractors to retain all trees delineated on the final site plan. to be preserved.
