The Applicant requested approval of a pezmit for the conatruction of a <br /> 48 unit apartment complez of four bui111nge on a two-acre eite on the <br /> east aide of State Route 527 at approzimately 113th Street S.E., <br /> Everett, Washiugton. The propoeal will include conatruction of four <br /> apartment buildinge, development of 96 off-etreet parking apacea, <br /> conetruction of a recreational building, and dedication of a 24 foot <br /> wide parcel on the west eide of State Route 527. The dedicated parcel <br /> will be adjacent 'to Silver Laice and will be dedicated to the City of <br /> Everett for park perposes. Included in the development of the eite will <br /> be the demolitioa and removal of a eingle-famiiy atructure. <br /> 2. The subject property is approaimately two acree. It hae a zoning <br /> deeignation of R-3. <br /> 3. Because the property is ad�acent to Silver Lake which ie comaidered a <br /> aignificant body of water anc� becauee the propoaed development eaceede <br /> the t2,500.00 atatutory maaimum, a permit is required pureuant to RCW <br /> 90.58.140(2). <br />' � 4. Although the shoreline area iu queation ia unde� the jurisdiction of the <br /> City of Everett, the City has not included the ehoreline of Silver Lake <br /> as part of ita Maeter Program. Ae a reault, the Snohamieh County <br /> Shoreline Master Program ia the cont:olliag Master Program for review of <br /> the proposed project. <br /> 5.
