These conditione, etc., can be determined to be <br /> " neceeeary ia order to make the permit and the proposed development <br /> satisfy the revier criteria. <br /> 7. Becauee the City of Everett has not incorporated the Silver Lake <br /> ahoreli� ae part of the Shoreline Master Program, the City'e review of <br /> the ahoreline wae made purauant to the Snohomish Coucty Shoreline Maeter <br />, Program. <br /> 8. The eub�ect propertq has a shoreline deaignation of Urbaa. The proposed <br /> development of the complex is an alloved use within thie Urban <br /> deaignation. <br /> 9. No eignificant impact to the water quality of Silver Lake will occur ae <br /> a result of the development of the proposed apartment complez. With <br /> adherence to atorm drainage, traffic circulation, and building <br /> atandarde, no aignificant impact will occur. <br />
