The lily pond must be protected as specified in the Final Determination <br /> of Non-Significance in Information for Developer#33 through #39. <br /> 16. Construction or substantial progress toward construction of this project <br /> must be undertaken within two years after final approval of the Shoreline <br /> Permit and completed within five years. If the project has not been <br /> completed in this time span, the Shoreline Perrnit will be reviewed by the <br /> Planning Department, who will either extend the permit for one year or <br /> terminate the permit. <br /> 17.
