Is site currently served by fubtic transit? If not, what is the approximate � <br /> distance to the nearest transit :tr�p? <br /> The site is served by Community Transit route 442 runs along SR 527. A park <br /> and ride i° located on 132nd S[reet NE at the Silver Lake Chapel. <br /> c. How many parking spaces �vould the completed project have? How many <br /> would the project eliminate? <br /> The proposed project would create approximately 101 parking spaces and 4 <br /> handicap accessible spaces (a total of 105 stalls). Four single-family parking <br /> would be eliminated. Phase I would provide 73 parking spaces and Phase II would <br /> provide 32 spaces. Handicap pazking ai�d access would be provided throughout <br /> the develogment. <br /> d.
