Proposed measures to reduce or controi transportation impacts, if any: <br /> Adequate parking would be provided on-site, and both the existing driveways <br /> would be consolidated to one driveway serving . This would minimize conflicts <br /> with existing tra�c. Traffic mitiga[ion in the form of a fee payment would be <br /> provided per Ciry code. Mitigatiun would also be provided for WSDOT's SR 527 <br /> project. Total fees would amount to $81,223. See submitted Traffic Study. <br /> 15. PUBLIC SERWICES � <br /> a.
