My grading/fill on this site shall be done so as to not impact the surrounding properties. <br /> (SEPA Earth, Land and Shoreline Use Policies.) <br /> 2. Prior to issuance of any permiis, the Applicant must pay a mitigation fee of 81 223.00 per <br /> the Interim Traffic Mitigation Ordinance No. 1670-89, as amended. (SEPA Transportation <br /> Policies) <br /> 3. The wetland buffers must be clearly muked prior to any construction. (SEPA Water Policies) <br /> 4. At a minimum 5,450 squaze feet ofwetland buffer enhancement shall be p:ovided. This plan <br /> will imprc,ve the functions and values of the reduced wetland buffer. (SEPA Water Policies) <br /> The lead agency for this proposal has determined that it does not have a probable significant <br /> adverse impact on the environment. An Environmental Impact Statement is not required under <br /> RCW 43.'11C.030(2)�. This detertnination assumes compliance with State law and City <br /> ordinances related to general environmental protection including but not limited to right-of-way <br /> improvement requirements, drainage, etc. Tnis decision was made after review of a completed <br /> environmental checklist and other information on file with the lead agency. This Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance is <br /> specifically conditioneJ on compliance with the conditions attached hereto which are incorporated <br /> by reference as if fully set forth herein. <br /> This MDNS is issued under 197-11-340(2); the lead agency will not act on this proposal for 15 <br /> calendar days from the date below.
