The landscaping plan must <br /> show location and dimensions of required vegetated swales, wetponds, detention ponds, <br /> rockeries and retaining walls, and grading at 2 foot intervals. Irrigation systems must be <br /> provided in all landscaped areas per Section 35.]30 of the Zoning Code. A 2 year <br /> maintenance assurance device must be provided for the landscaping per Section 35.130B <br /> of the Zoning Code. <br /> 47. Access-The Unifortn Fire Code requires that all new structures shall provide Fire Department <br /> access roads to within 150 feet of all portions of the ground floor. Fire Department access <br /> roads(Fire Lanes) shall provide a minimum of 20 feet in width of unobstructed, all-season <br />' driving surface with a minimum clear height of 13'6". Fire Lanes will be posted and <br /> maintained as required by the Fire Department. The access shown on the site plan is O.K. <br /> 48.
