Because of the proximity of the site to <br /> Silver Lake, a significant shoreline within the State of Washington, and the cost <br /> of the project, a Shoreline Permit is required. <br /> A hearing on the request was held before the Hearing Examiner of the City of <br /> Everett on January 30, 1997.
