Planning Commission Resolution <br /> All of the exhibits are available for inspection at the Hearing Examiner's Office <br /> located at 2930 Wetmcre Avenue, 8th floor, Everett, Washington. <br /> After due consideration of the testimony and evidence presented by the <br /> Applicant, testimony and evidence elicited during the public hearing, and as the <br /> result of the personal inspection of the subject property and surrounding areas <br /> by the Everett Hearing Examiner, the following findinys of fact and conclusions <br /> constitute the basis of the decision of the Everett Hearing Examiner. <br /> FINDINGS OF FACT <br /> 1. The Applicant requested approval of a Shoreline Permit for development <br /> of four commercial buildings on property located at 11419 - 19th Avenue <br /> S.E., Everett, Washington. The :ntent of the Applicant is to develop the <br /> site as a shopping center development and occurring in rivo phases. <br /> Phase I wili include the construction of three buildings that total 20,300 <br /> square feet, and Phase II will be an additi�n to one of the buiidings in <br /> Phase I and the construction of a fourth building. (Staff report, Ervine <br /> testimony) <br /> 2. The Applicant submitted a reduced copy of the revised site plan that <br /> depicts the buildings within the proposed development.
