The new egress in the tanning salon through the tanning room is acceptable per <br /> Scction 1013.2. This approval is coutingent on a clear path of at leaat 36" in <br /> �vidth to be provided between doors. The plans should show this egess path that <br /> will need to be maintained clear throughout future use of the building. <br /> 2. The general notes should be revised to show that the live load is 50 psf and egress <br /> livc load is ]00 psf. Table 1607.1 <br /> 3. The plans show that a portion of an existing shcar wall has been removed. It <br /> should be documented that this has either no appreciable effect or details should <br /> be provided for the remediation of the modification. <br /> 4. Calculations should be provided to sl�ow the structural adequacy of the new 4x 12 <br /> beam supporting the new exterior exit deck.
