that pier, dock, or float construction may be increased by five <br /> hundred square feet or ten percent from the provisions of the <br /> original permit, whichever is less ; <br /> There is no additional over-water construction proposed with <br /> this minor revision. An existing over-water building will be <br /> restared consistent with the original plan. <br /> (b) Ground area coverage and height of each structure may be <br /> increased a. maximum of ten percent from the provisions of the <br /> original permit; <br /> The original plan showed a restaurant structure that contained <br /> a 5,500 square foot building and a 25,600 sguare foot office <br /> building. The revised plan will have a 6,000 square foot <br /> restaurant and a office building with 28 ,160 square feet which is <br /> within the ten percent increase allowed. The office building , <br /> will remain a two-story structnre. <br /> (c) Additional separate s�ructures may not exceed a total of <br /> two hundred fifty square feet; <br /> There are no additional, separate structures proposed. <br /> (d) The revised permit does not authorize development to exceed <br /> height, lot coverage, setback, or any other requirements of the <br /> applicable master program except as authorized under the original <br /> permit; <br /> The revised permit will not exceed any requirements of the <br /> master program. All lot coverage, setbacks and parking <br /> requirements have been satisfied. <br /> (e) Additional landscaping is consistent with conditions ( if <br /> any) attached to the originai permit and with tne applicable <br /> master program; <br /> The landscapinq plan is consistent with the the conditions <br /> outlined in SMA 5-67 which include the following: <br /> a. The entire frontage of 19th Avenue S.E. (SR 527) <br /> except for driveways shall provide a minimum of a ten <br /> foot vide landscaped area consisting of ground cover , <br /> over 758 of the area ai�d evergreen L•rees or shrubs a <br /> minimum of three feet in height at time of planting to <br /> number at least six for each 100 f.eet of required <br /> landscape area. Plantings to be sufficient ta p•rovide <br /> full coverage within two years of planting. <br /> b. A minimum of five percent of the arna of the <br /> parking area shall be landscaped to break up the visual <br /> - 2 - <br />
