This letter report presents the results of our subserface exploration and <br />� geotechnical evaluation for the subject project. The approximate location of the <br /> proposed new restaurant and office complex and the approximate locations of the <br /> explorations completed for this evaluation are presented on the Site and Exploration <br /> Plan, Figure 1 attached to this letter. Test pit logs and interpretive descriptions <br /> . of subsurface conditions encountered at the test pit locations are also enclosed. <br /> The purpose of this evaluation was to establish general surface and subsurface <br /> conditions at the site from which recommendations for foundation design and site <br /> • improvement could be formulated. The scope of services consisted of a field <br /> exploration program, visual assessment of the site conditions, geotechnical <br /> I� engineering analysis and preparation of this report.
