The property fronts some 416 feet along the west side of the Bothell- <br /> �- Everett Highway and is bounded on the west side by Silver Lake. The property is <br /> of generally irregular configuration and contains some 2.5 acr•es. The property / <br /> is currently utilized for the Silver Lake Beach Resort and contains some seven <br /> separate structures including restrooms, cabins and a kitchen area. The property <br /> is primarily covered in grass with scattered small to large deciduous and coniferous <br /> trees. Site topography is gently undulating and slopes are generally to the west <br /> towards the lake edge. Maximum topographic relief across the site is on the order <br /> of B feet. The propert.y lines of the parcel and the centerline of Bothell-Everett <br /> Highway are shwon on the Site and Exp'oration Plan, Figure 1. <br />'' :, , , „ , , We understand the proposed development would include the canstruction of a single- <br /> story restaurant facility towards the northern portion of the site with a one- to <br /> two-story office complex located towards the southern portion of Also included <br /> both structures located toward the western lake side of the property. <br /> in devclopment would be a concrete shore walkway situated approximately 25 feet <br /> from the shoreline. We understand that the proposed structures will be relatively <br /> lightly loaded, one- to two-story in height, and of wood-frame or tilt-up concrete <br /> construction.
