Letter dated 6/15/87 from Emory & Molly Cole <br /> After due consideration of the evidence presented by the <br /> Applicant; evidence elicited during the publir hearing; and as <br /> the result of the personal inspection of the suhject property <br /> and surrounding areas by the Everett Hearing Examiner , the <br /> following' findings of fact and conclusions constitute the basis <br /> of the decision of t•he Everett Hearing Examiner. <br /> FINDINGS OF FACT <br /> 1. The Applicant has requested approval of a Shoreline <br /> Substantial Development Permit for property located at <br /> 11822 19th Avenue S.E. between 116th Street S.E. and <br /> 120th Street S.E. , in the City of Everett, Washington. <br /> It is the intent of the Applicant to demolish an old <br /> resort building and construct a 25,600 square foot <br /> office building, a 5,500 square foot restaurant building <br /> and provide parking for 137 spaces on-site. In <br /> addition, an existing over-water building will be <br /> • restored. The property is located adjacent to Silver � <br /> Lake in the City of Everett, Washington. (staff report, ' <br /> Ervine testimony) <br /> 2. The subject property is zoned B-2 (B) , Office Park - Site <br /> Plan Review Zone. The properties to the north, south I <br /> . and east have the same zoning designation. To the west <br /> of the site is Silver Lake. (staff report) <br />
