The Shoreline <br /> Master Program of Snohomish County, page F-58 , requires <br /> landscaping of parking lots to minimize adverse impacts <br /> on adjacent shorelines. The City submitted that <br /> � additional landscaping and screening plans must be <br /> submitted by the Applicant and these plans must indicate I <br /> , how mitigation of potential impacts from right-of-way <br /> and other development will occur. The Everett Planning Department submitted that I <br /> oompliance with the Shoreline Master Program and the � <br /> Zoning Code of the City of Everett for regulation of ' <br /> signs in the area is required, The Applicant, according I <br /> to the Planning repartment, must submit a 3etailed <br /> signage plan that is to be reviewed and aporoved prior <br /> to the issuance of any permit.
