Per Council Resolution No. 5076 (Section 2.a), the project is required to provide for gas main <br /> connections between 19'h Ave SE and 127'" Place SE. The Public Works Construction Permit plans <br /> and/or the Buiiding Permit plans need to be revised to add this gas main. The main will need to be <br /> installed prior to issuance of a certificate of occupancy. <br /> 2. Also prior to issuance of a certificate of occupancy, in addition to constructing the project in <br /> accordance with the approved plans, the following must be completed: <br /> a. Provision of a public access easemenl connecting 127`" Place SE with 19"' Ave SE; ' <br /> b. Utility aasements, including the relocated sewer line, new gas line, and any other pubiic <br /> utilities; <br /> c. A two year landscape maintenance bond; <br /> d.
