Design was revised to show furnace F-1 condensate PVG drain Iine and <br /> refriperation line set running uut in drop ceiling on East side of furnace Closst <br /> and penetrating low on exterior wall East of Stair#2; Piping relating to furnace <br /> F-1 are no longer penetrating Electrical Room or Stair#2. <br /> b. Desiyn was revised to show gas runs for rooftoa aas packs penetrating <br /> North wall from meter manifold, rising in furring of Stair#2 via 1°�2nd 8� 3`� floors <br /> up to roof, and running on top of roof to each gas pack. Gas furnaces suopiv <br /> runs are shown running exposed along outsideof North exterior wall, penetrating <br /> wall East of Stair#2, rising in furring tu drop ceiling space, and running out to <br /> furnaces. <br /> 2. Shafts that interconnect more than two floors require a one-hour rating, per IBC sec:tion 707.2 <br /> exception 7.1 and IBC section 707.4. Piease review the mechanical design with the architect <br /> so that the building permit drawings can be updated to refilect the required shafts and opening <br /> penetrations throuc�hout the three story building for the rooftop air handlers, the toilet exhausts, <br /> and other mechanical ductwork required for this permit submittal. <br /> �ljz <br />
