Portions on the eastern side of the sire, including the
proposed southern entrance, drain to a bioswale
running along the north edge of the property near
the eoccer field (Photo 6). The bioswale outlets via
a 12 inch concrete pipe to the storm ewer system
for the adjacent residential subdivision to the north
(see Photo 7.) From this connection, the storm
sewer drains northeast approximately 350 feet,
through a series of 12 HD13E pipes, to an existing
detention pond (the outlet to the pond shown in
Photo S, Photo 9 shows a portion of the pond.) The
detention pond outlet flows west to a control
structure near 20'" Drive SE, then back to a
protected outlet point east of the detention pond
(photo 10 and 11). At this point the drainage from
the pond joins the drainage path described from the
Northwest Discharge Point. The total distance from
the bioswale outlet to this point is approximately
450 feet.
Photo 8.
