Silver Lake Creek has been
established its a type 3 stream by previous projects. Previous downstream analyses note a
36 inch culvert a few hundred feet downstream of the licrschlip development, but this
culvert was not located during site visits for this project. Beyond the 'A mile downstream
point the creek enters Ruggs Lake. A stream, now called Penny Creek, flows southeast
from Ruggs Lake and continues southeast, then south, as it passes through a number of
roadway culverts, as well as Thomas Lake, before eventually entering the Sammamish
River.
Photo 10.
