INFORMATION FOR DEVELOPER: <br />The following information is provided for the develope! s benefit. "These are not SEPA conditions but are <br />associated with other laws or requirements. All requirements are preliminary in nature, and are based <br />upon the preliminary site plan and the ordinances in effect at time of submittal for SEPA review. The <br />proposal must comply with all ordinances in effect at the time a complete building permit application <br />is filed, including those not specifically set forth herein. Contact the Planning Department for <br />information regarding appeals processes for the requirements listed in this document. <br />Fire Department - Rick Robinson - (425) 257-8100 <br />1. Access - O.K. as shown on the site plan reviewed. <br />2. Premise Identification - Premises shall be clearly identified by the correct address at the street <br />entry. Buildings shall be clearly identified so as to be visible and legible from the access road. <br />Individual apartments and suites, where applicable, shall be clearly and legibly identified from the <br />access road. <br />Fire Hydrants - Locations as planned are acceptable. <br />4. Fire flow for this project is 1,500 gpm. <br />Service Stations - A fire extinguisher with a minimum U.L. rating of 2-A:20-B:C shall be provided <br />and so located that it will not be more than 75 feet from any pump, dispenser or fill -pipe opening. <br />6. A permit is required from the Fire Department for fuel dispensing and installation of fuel tanks. <br />Construction and demolition of buildings shall be in compliance with the provisions of the 2006 <br />International Fire Code, Chapter 14. <br />The contractor shall provide the Fire Code Official with specifications for tanks, piping, dispensers <br />and leak detection equipment, or any other special equipment prior to installation. <br />The storage, handling and use of flammable or combustible liquids shall comply with Chapter 34 of <br />the International Fire Code, 2006 Edition. <br />Public Works - Gordon Witcher - (425) 257-8810 <br />This project will be required to prevent the entry of gasoline into the storm sewer system in <br />accordance with the fueling site spill control and containment standards found in the City's <br />Slormwater Management Manual. These standards are found in Chapter 4-2, Section 4-2.2.1 BMP <br />S 1.10 - Fueling Sites; Section 4-2.2.4 BMP S 1.30 - Loading and Unloading Liquid Materials, <br />subsection Tanker Truck to Above/Below-Ground Storage Tanks; and 4-2.2.9 BMP S1.80 - <br />Emergency Spill Cleanup Plans. <br />2. A traffic mitigation fee of $13,460.00 is required prior to issuance of any permit. <br />Yy <br />
