Paving in parking lot has been installed. <br />2. Catch basin at northeast corner of site full of eroded material. <br />Pipe now grouted. <br />3. Noted color differences in brick veneer especially east wall of <br />Relief Society Room. <br />4. Discussed resolution of pr+iblem of juncture of corridor ceilings near <br />drinking fountains - east foyers. <br />S. Observed tower construction. Block construction'not as detailed in <br />Structural Drawings. 8" 8 4" CMU substituted in lieu of 12" CMU <br />called for. Also noted lack of specified reinforcing lap and use of <br />brick mortar in block in lieu of CMU mortar as specified. In general <br />tower construction has been found to be totally unacceptable. <br />6. Corners along east wall behind platform were filled and finished <br />over the weekend. Architect's office was not notified as previously <br />requested and specified. Question has been raised about proper <br />resolution of previously documented problems. <br />7. Corners at north and south vertexes of Cultural hall were filled <br />over weekend. Architect's office was not notified as previously <br />requested and specified.
