Church Proper (2) November 3, 1978 <br />Project Description (cont.) <br />in duration from 7 to 9 p.m., such as leadership meetings and miscel- <br />laneous activities on a small scale. <br />Twice each year a larger conference consisting of other local church <br />units meet in a two hour conference to receive training and Instruction <br />from other church authorities. Off street parking will he provided to <br />accomodate all activities of the Church. The Chapel area will seat an - <br />proximately 300 people for afternoon or evening services. A area for <br />Sundae School Classes. Rooms for Church officials and a larger area <br />for Church sponsored Cultural and Recreation Programs will also be pro- <br />vided. The Church ?rounds will be. landscaned with proper fencing and <br />screzning. A caretaker will be assigned to assist in maintaining the <br />buildinn and grounds. The overall use of this property should have no <br />adver::e impact on surroundinf; propertics and will provide a esthetic <br />value to the area. <br />
