e. Prior to issuance of any permits, landscaping plans must be reviewed and approved by <br />the Planning Department per Section 35.1000 of the Zoning Code. The landscaping plan <br />must show location and dimension of required vegetated swales, wetnonds, detention <br />ponds, rockeries and retaining walls, and grading at 2-foot intervals. Irrigation systems <br />must be provided in all land3caped areas per Section 35.140 of the Zoning Code. A <br />2-vear maintenance assurance device must be provided for the landscaping per Section <br />35.1303 of the Zoning Code. NO*(E: the City has reviewed and approved the Landscape <br />Plan for the LDS Parking Lot Expansion Project dated October 4, 2007. The applicant <br />must comply with the landscape planting plan and any changed to the approved plan must <br />be reviewed and approved by the Everett Planning Department.
