The restaurant dumpster should be stored under cover in an area isolated from the storm <br />drainage system, with runoff from he dumpster area routed to the sanitary sewer after <br />discharge through an oil/water separator. If covering the dumpster area is not practical, a <br />non -leaking, sealed dumpster with a solid lid will be required, with prompt replacement <br />of old dumpsters when they begin to leak. <br />1 g. Any rockeries or retaining walls proposed in required setback areas must be in <br />conformance with Section 39.150 of the Zoning Code. <br />19. Rooftop mechanical equipment, including vents, must be screened per Section 39.040 of <br />the Zoning Code. <br />20. Building setbacks must be a minimum of 10 feet in the rear yard. Irrigation systems must be provided in all landscaped areas per <br />Section 35.130 of the Zoning Code. A 2 year maintenance assurance device must <br />be provided for the landscaping per Section 35.130B of the Zoning Code. <br />22. The site plan shows a 30' flag pole located in the eastern portion of the property. If this <br />structure is to display an advertising message, it must comply with the sign standards in <br />Subsection 36 of the Zoning Code. Only one freestanding sign is permitted on this site. <br />23. A fire hydrant is required within 200 driving feet, but not closer than 50 feet, of every <br />structure. Two available hydrants are required.
