Finding: The proposal ri,_y generate some minimal traffic noise Lociated with the initial installation
and set-up of the antennas, however, once the facility is operating, no additionLi traffic will be
generated.
Conclusion: There vJll be no adverse traffic impacts generated by the proposal.
4. The provision of adequate off-street parking, on -site circulation, and site access.
Finding_ The facility is unmanned and therefore does not require any permanent on -site parking.
Conclusion: Not applicable.
5. Compatibility of proposed structures and improvements with surrounding properties, Including
the size, height, location, setback and arrangement of all proposed buildings and facilities,
especially as they relate to light and shadow impacts on more sensitive land use:; and less
Intensive zones.
Finding: The proposed=ntennas will be erected on an existing 150' monopole. The surrounding area
is developed with mainly industrial uses. The proposed antennas will be placed at a height of 120'
above grade. The existing pole contains two similar antenna structures at heights of 140' and 157'
above grade. The proposed antennas would be approximately three feel (3') high by ten inches (10")
wide. Due to their placement on the existing pole, the antennas would be somewhat visible from the
surrounding properties.
Conclusion: Due to placement on an existing monopole, the proposal should have no impacts to
surrounding land uses.
6. The number, size and location of signs, especially as they relate to more sensitive land uses.
Finding: No signage is proposed at this time, however any new signage will require a sign permit
compliant with the City of Everett Zoning Code.
Conclusion: Not applicable.
7. The landscaping, buffering and screening of buildings, parking, loading and storage areas,
especially as they relate to more sensitive land uses.
Finding: The components associated with the proposal will be erected on an existing developed site.
All existing landscaping, buildings, parking, loading and storage areas will remain unchanged.
Conclusion: Not applicable.
8. The generation of nuisance Irritants such as noise, smoke, dust, odor, glare, visual blight or
other undesirable impacts.
Finding: The proposed facility is unmanned and does not emit any known health hazards, toxic
chemicals, risk of fire and explosion or hazardous materials.
Conclusion: The equipment cluster has the potential to generate some noise. The equipment cabinet
must be acoustically shielded so as to minimize noise impacts on the adjacent properties.
9. Consistency with the goals and policies of the Everett General Plan for the area and land use
designation in which the property is located.
Finding: The site is designated 5.3, Light Industrial on the City of Everetts Comprehensive Plan map.
