4. The Applicant must provide a minimum of two (2) on -site parking stalls for the <br />proposed antennas and equipment shelters. <br />5. Building setbacks must be a minimum often (10) feet rear yard. The Applicant <br />must also comply with Section 39.040 A.1 of the Everett Municipal Code which <br />requires that antennae shall not exceed the horizontal distance between the base of <br />the antenna and the nearest property line. A variance is required for any non- <br />compliance with minimum setback requirements. <br />6. Prior to the issuance of Building Permits and/or Public Works Permits, the applicant <br />must submit a detailed site plan showing the location, size, nature of outdoor <br />equipment: and a landscaping plan showing the location, species, number and size <br />of plant materials used to screen the structures and promote compatibility with <br />abutting residential properties. Plans should also include design features which <br />conceal and /or camouflage the proposed antenna in order to mitigate the aesthetic <br />impacts along the I-5 corridor and surrounding land uses. <br />sepa9398/faheem/jhl <br />
