In addition, the building would have 6,288 square feet of <br />basement level storage space. Any grading/fill on this site shall be done so as to not impact <br />the surrounding properties. Because the site contains <br />substantial amounts of fill material, a geotechnical report must <br />be submitted to the Building Department prior to issuance of <br />building permits.
