The Washington State Clean Air Act requires the use of all <br />known, available, and reasonable means of controlling air <br />pollution, including dust. Dust generated during construction <br />activities can be controlled by wetting those dust sources such <br />as areas of exposed soils, washing truck wheels before they <br />leave the site, and installing and maintaining gravel <br />construction entrances. Construction vehicle track -out is also <br />a major dust source. Any evidence of track -out can trigger <br />violations and fines from the Department of Ecology or the Puget <br />Sound Air Pollution Control Agency. (SEPA Natural <br />Environment/Air Quality Policies) <br />27. One freestanding sign meeting the standards of Section 35 will <br />be permitted on the site. <br />28. The SEPA site plan dated February 6, 1992 shows rockeries <br />located inside the required perimeter landscape area. Rockeries <br />or retaining walls are permitted, provided they occupy no more <br />than eight inches of the perimeter landscape area. <br />29. The proposal must also comply with all other City Code and <br />Ordinance requirements not specifically set forth herein. <br />
