The structural frame (columns, beams, girders, etc.) <br />shall be of one -hour fire -resistive construction. <br />Section 2101. <br />2. The South exterior wall shall be of one hour fire <br />resistive donstruction. Section 2103. <br />3. Walls within water closet compartments and those <br />within two feet of front and sides of urinals shall <br />be finished to a height of 48 inches with approved <br />smooth finishes and except for structural elements <br />the materials used in such walls shall be of•a type <br />which is not adversely affected by moisture. <br />Section 1711. <br />4. Ventilation shall be Drovided at the rate of 5 cubic feet <br />per minute of outside air with a total circulation of <br />not less than 15 cubic feet per minute per occupant in <br />all portions of the building and such system shall be <br />kept in continuous operation during such time as the <br />building is occupied. Section 705. Plans, details and <br />calculations shall be submitted prior to a mechanical <br />permit being 'slued and any installation of equipment. <br />
