These arc pumpcd out on <br />a fcequent basis by a licensed and insured recycliog compan}'• By not having any flooc drains, we tan all be <br />assured that diere will be no oil based waste material inuoduced into either the sanitary oc storm sewer <br />s}'stems. B}' federal statute, neither <br />moror oil or used motor oil is a hazazdous material. :1ny other products wc have are either non-hazardous or <br />are purchased and stored in single use 'mtail tppe' containers in quanuty to be below the requirements. <br />Actually, I do not think any of them are in the 'hazardous' caregors. Even with that being practice, we do <br />maintain on site at every one of ouc oudets a complete I�ISDS catalog of every product we have on site. ror <br />tomparauvc referenee, no o[her mur�icipaliry or counn� has required a lisring of the products we have. 1 have <br />no ccluctance to providing y�ou a list of products, I just do not havc a list that ans�vcrs y�ouc inquiry <br />segregaung what may be hazardous from non-hazardous. Of die products we handle that potentially could be <br />classifted as hazardous, it could include ethylene-gl}'�o� anti-freeze (bulk) , engine flush (individually patkaged <br />quarts), windshield raia repcllant (individual singlc usc wntaincrs) fuel injccuon dcaner (individual singlc usc <br />tontainers). Thosc irems in addition to a general range of moror oils, gear oils and vansmission fluids <br />basitally cocets the products we carr}'• In addition, wc have general cicaning agents for clean up and <br />maintenance.
