26. Coordination of the principal driveway location with the proposed Home Base <br />development on the west side of SR 527, is required. <br />27. A walkway from the buildings to the public sidewalk is required. <br />28. A 35 foot minimum throat depth for the principal driveway is required. <br />29. One additional driveway location on SR 527 will be permitted. This driveway <br />must be designed, constructed and signed to permit right turns only both <br />inbound and outbound. <br />30. An easement for access to 100th Street shall be provided. <br />31. The City's Drainage ordinance was recently updated and changes are being <br />made to the City's design and construction standards to reflect the changes in <br />the ordinance. The changes will be effective February 1, 1997. <br />32.
