It <br />is our understanding that the City of Everett will require pump alarms with back-up <br />generators, should there be a mechanical failure or disruption of electrical service to the <br />pumps. HomeBase maintains its properties to a first class standard and will maintain the <br />pumps to ensure that they function properly. Should the City desire to inspect these <br />detention facilities and the pumps and alarms, HomeBase will provide access for said <br />inspections. <br />Sincerely, <br />Steph L.
