We have also incorporated the additional plan review comments from you and your Taff relative to maintaining erosion control and the required live storage volumes during the phased grading operation. As we have all discussed, it is likely that additional erosion control measures will be required by the Contractor during the eonsuttetion phase because of the time of year the project is being eonsuucted and due to the sensitive nature of the downstream wetlands and drainage system. Daily inspection and maintenance of the erosion control measures will be required throughout the construction process to help prevent and minimize erosion impacts from die pruIxt.
