These comments address building issues only, additional <br />revisions or additions may be required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or <br />Fire). All references refer to the 1994 Uniform Building Code, as amended by the State of <br />Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 1995 Edition, unless stated otherwise. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br />provide the Building Division with two complete new sets of drawings reflecting the <br />corrections requested. <br />NONSTRUCTURAL <br />General <br />The non-structural portion of this review has been forwarded before the structural <br />portion has been completed. The structural review will be forwarded tinder a separate <br />letter upon completion. Note that additional non-structural comments may be <br />required based on the findings of the structural review. <br />2. The Home Base Hazardous Materials Classification Report is currently under review <br />by this office and the Everett Fire Department. <br />Occupancy <br />1.
