This area was cleared and graded in violation of the SEPA <br />decision and stipulated agreement. <br />• Changes were made in the size of the cribwall along the northern edge of the property <br />requiring additional wetland fill and easements from the adjacent property owner. <br />• A miscalculation was made on the size of the detention pond. Landscaping on the south side <br />adjacent to 100`s Street had to be reduced below standard to accommodate the correctly sized <br />detention pond. <br />• There was a 10-foot error in the survey along the SW comer, creating a need for a change in <br />the landscape area that was previous compensation for an earlier clearing error. <br />
