We cannot overemphasize the need for a timeline that will demonstrate that construction and operation of the wetland mitigation site will meet the anticipated occupancy permit of your HomeBase retail store. We need to start site preparation and construction immediately so you can meet your schedule for occupancy permits We welcome HomeBase to Everett. We want to do all that we can to ensure timely opening of your new facility. However, we cannot issue occupancy permits without the permit conditions being fulfilled.
