Conditions of Hearing Examiner Approval for <br />HomeBase Mitigation Project Shoreline Permit <br />20. Construction of the Marshland Wetland Mitigation improvements must be <br />completed prior to issuance of occupancy permits for Home Base and <br />substantial progress toward construction of a project must be undertaken <br />within two (2) years after final approval of the permit, and completed <br />within five (5) years. If the project has not been completed in this time <br />span, the Shoreline Permit will be reviewed by the Planning Department <br />who will do one of the following: <br />- extend the permit for one (1) year, or <br />- terminate the permit. <br />Provided, however, contingency measures required to be taken by the <br />Applicant at the end of the ten (10) year monitoring program to insure <br />wetland performance objectives are met shall not be subject to the five <br />(5) year time limitation. <br />Done and dated this 4th day of September, 1997. <br />*tLL44 <br />Jam .
