Exeavate side slopes at 211:1V on a temporary basis only. Permanent <br />side slopes will be constructed at 3H:IV. <br />2. Construct temporary storage pond and order structure at The south end of 1be site adjacrm to <br />100di Street to provide the remainder of temporary storage required during filling and grading <br />of the site. <br />3. Grade and fill the site as shown on rough grading and temporary erosion and sadimentation <br />control plans, inelueling permanent storm drainage outfall, groundwater recharge system, and <br />all erosion control amenities. Maintain temporary storage ponds ttroughout grade and fill <br />operations. <br />4. Obtain huMng permit for reeairsng wall in The Family Tree detention pond. Constructshe pond <br />per final &-sign plans utilizing modiNe(f control structure to increase the, live ntorage <br />compensation. <br />5. Construct roof drainage detention pipe as site fill reaches final pipe design grade. Use detention <br />pipe as temporary litre storage as the south retaining wall of the site is constructed. Expand on - <br />site erosion control pond to provide additional live storage for compensation. <br />6. Route Family Tree detention pond discharge Through temporary conveyance pipe to the <br />permanent storm drainage outWi at the west end of the site. Fill the Temporary pond at the <br />south end of due site rnd construct retaining waY_ Lave storage compwmfitl t is now provided <br />for by Family Tree detention pond.
