construction erosion control, and all required improvements in the public right-of- <br />way. Public Works Department approval of these drawings is required prior to <br />any permits being issued. All improvements shall be completed, approved and <br />warranted before a Final Occupancy Permit is issued. <br />9. Fire lanes shall be provided as required in Everett Municipal Code 46.44. Fire <br />lanes shall be identified by red curbs with white stenciling stating "No Parking - <br />Fire Lane" and vertical signs stating "No Parking -Fire Lane'- "Tow Away Zrn;c." <br />Location shall be approved by the Fire Marshal. <br />10. The construction plans must be designed from a site survey performed by a <br />licensed state of Washington land surveyor. <br />11. A permit is required from the Fire Department for flammable or combustible <br />liquids (See Article 79). To install, construct, alter or operate tank vehicles, <br />equipment, tanks, plants, terminals, wells, fuel -dispensing stations, refineries, <br />distilleries and similar facilities where flammable and combustible liquids are <br />produced, processed, transported, stored, dispensed or used. <br />12. Fire lanes shall be provided as required in Everett Municipal Code 46.44. City streets are to be kept clear of dirt and debris at all times during construction. <br />Dust suppression and street cleaning must occur as directed by the Public <br />Works Inspector. <br />14. As-builts of storm sewer, including the wetpond and detention vault, sanitary <br />sewer, and water systems will be required to be submitted per City Design and <br />Construction Standards and Specifications. <br />15. Premise Identification - Premises shall be identified by the correct address at the <br />street entry. Buildings shall be clearly identified so as to be visible and legible <br />from the access road. Individual apartments and suites, where applicable, shall <br />be clearly and legibly identified from the access road. <br />16. Special charges for connection to the sewer and water systems in accordance <br />with Ordinance 1998-94 and subsequent revisions are applicable. These <br />charges are based on projected water usage and can be substantial.
