Parcel N 0071030000:'!700. <br />On April 5. 2010 Wetland Resources, lnc. completed an investigation of tht 0.24acre <br />property located at the above referenced address in the City of Everett, Washington. The <br />purpose of this site investigation wae to evaluate jurisdictional wetlands and streams, on <br />and in the vicinity of the subject site. The Washington State Department of Ecolo�y Wetlands <br />Identification and Delineation Manual, Ivtarch 1997 was used to determine wetland <br />conditions. This report was prepared by Louis Emenhiser who also conducted the field-work. <br />Louis is a certified Professional Wetland Scientist with a masters degree in soil sclence and <br />over ten years of professional experience. <br />Site Descriution <br />Access to this site is from the aast via 19'^ Place W. The site is relatively flat, with a gentle <br />west aspect slope that steepens at the western property boundary as the ground slopes to a <br />detention pond located just off-site. This property containa one singlefam;iy residence with <br />associated lawn extending to the propeRy bou�daries. The north, south, and western <br />boundaries are demarcated by a six-foot tall, solid board fence. Approximately 70 feet west <br />of the nortt�western property corner. Swamp Creek (Type f stream) flows south through a <br />ditched channel. The area between the c�eek and the subject property contains a thin <br />(fifteen to twenty foot wide) fringe of n��tive vegetation dominated by Black cottonwood <br />(Populus balsamifera. Fac) and salmonberry (Rubus spectabilis, Fac+). The remainder of this <br />buffer is occupied by a maintained detention pond vegetated with graas, and on the subject <br />site. rc�aintained lawn. In the City of Everett, when the buffer of a Type F stream is sparsely <br />vegetated, un-vegetated, or is vegetated with invasive species, the standard buifer is 150 <br />feet. <br />�jtical Areas - C'ttYni Everett <br />Swamp Creek, Type F Stream: Located west of the subject s(te. this perennial stream is <br />greater than two feet wide with a gradient of less than sixteen percent, and is mapped as <br />Type F on the City of Everett Critical Areas Map 1.
