Deficiencies were noted <br />as follows: <br />A. Apartment units (upper floor). <br />1. The lower landing on the exterior stair (north side) req�ires replacement. <br />2. Storage of comUuscible m2te�ial within the ex.it corridor is not allowed. <br />3. Service connection to electrical breaker panels is required to be in a <br />metallic raceway rather then PVC. <br />B. Congregate residence (street level eastem portion and basement). <br />1. Electrical wiring is not installed per the City Electrical Code. <br />2. Exterior door (east side) landing (interior) is below door sill which is not <br />allowed. <br />3. Stairway risers are not within allowable tolerances for uniformity. <br />4. Basement sleeping rooms lack emergency escape ope�ungs. <br />5. Ceiling height at beams is less then the minimum 7' allowed. <br />6. Smoke detectors aze inoperable and or missing. <br />7. No fire extinguishers wer� present. <br />8.
